I have over 16 years experience building
homes in the family business. I am married
and a proud father of two. In my spare time
I enjoy spending time with my family, and doing
almost anything involving the outdoors.

I truly love learning about homes and performing
inspections. I also enjoy the sense of
accomplishment from being able to share what
I’ve learned with my customers.
My goal is to provide you with an understanding
of a property’s current condition and information
to help you enjoy it for many years to come. I
take great pride in meeting that goal and make it
priority to do so each time.
We can help each other as we share a mutual
desire to evaluate and understand the property.
As a client, you can improve the inspection
process by taking an active role. Perform a
cursory inspection during showings
(take pictures and notes). Sharing what you’ve
found will help me identify with your concerns. I’d
also recommend that you learn about the area
surrounding the property. Has it been subject to
past floods? Does it look like many of the
neighboring homes have been remodeled or
repaired? Have there been recent changes to
the infrastructure? (i.e. road repairs,water/sewer
changes)
At the end of the day, these are only
suggestions to improve the efficiency of your
home inspection. Regardless of the information
you’re able to provide prior to inspection, I
promise to make sure that you have great
knowledge and confidence in your
understanding of the property inspected.
